Our drivers have undergone additional "in house" training to increase their understanding, knowledge and skills required to effectively cater for your special needs, (e.g. passengers with disabilities).They are also trained to respond to our customer’s queries, suggestions or concerns in a friendly and helpful manner.

In addition to our clean and safe modern air-conditioned buses fitted with seat belts, their low-floor gives a hassle free access to wheel chairs (following the strict requirements of the Federal Disability Discrimination Act 1992).

We will endeavor to understand customer needs and develop services to better meet those needs. In case of last minute changes or emergency you have direct access to your assigned driver. That extra service gives you peace of mind and take our duty of care a step ahead of the competition.
